It is so funny. Maybe you refused the inatoviitn at Thanksgiving becauseyour wife and kid were coming. real estate is rocket high in SB. So you can feel better when you cameback to China. At least you get a better house. But compared to Northeasternand Lake region, weather is much better and you won't worry about driving instorms in winter.

Most people think my life is a vaicoatn since I work for Tourism Tofino, which is a lovely resort town in Canada, but in reality my job promoting the town often makes it difficult for me to fully relax and stop thinking about what can I do to improve our business here? or how can I make a visitor's stay better? . I am planning a weekend at home in August when my new nephew arrives, and then a longer family vaicoatn in Ohio where my extended family lives. Being around the people I love always recharges me and reminds me exactly who I am. Just thinking about it makes me feel better!

my boyfriend and I treaelvd to Santorini in May. It was such a wonderful vacation! Things I reccomend: you MUST take the walk/hike along the caldera between Fira and Oia. There are some of the most incredible views! Don't miss the Red Beach, on the Southwestern tip of the island, its one of the nicest you'll find. There's also a really wonderful restaurant near the lighthouse called Mama Thira, I believe, which has been in the family for 30 years or something. Kamari has a wonderful cinema under the stars which plays old american (or english subtitled) movies and includes wine at intermission! In the middle of the island, there is a little place call Prygos, which is built around a church and decends to small residental cave houses. There are a couple little cafes there, but in general its quiet, and fun to explore the abandoned parts of the village.Things you can miss (trust me): Perissa. The restaurants are terrible, the beach is only okay, and its not at all pretty. Skip it.

Sounds like great wines with a fascinating hisrtoy and geography! I agree that the Santorini wine industry is precious and people need more education about the value both from cultural and tourism perspectives. I'm so curious to learn more about the Greek wine industry and what's going on in that part of the world! Please write more posts about this.
