Christina Boutari to Lead Five Course Tasting Event

Wine Director Lane Gresak and special guest Christina Boutari will lead a wine dinner that features Boutari Greek wines on Monday, October 1. The evening will begin with a reception at 7 p.m., followed by a seated dinner at 7:30 p.m. Boutari will discuss the world of Greek wines and the history of the Boutari brand, including the fact that they were the first Greek winery to bottle red wine.
Executive Chef Clark Grant has created a five course meal that pairs well with varietals from Boutari. Dinner will include hamachi crudo, braised octopus, smoked confit quail, roasted goat and a salted caramel-popcorn “drumstick” dessert. The menu is outlined below.
